Sounds just my local Ford dealer over here. Those wise guys are not able to find the
correct parts for my 18 year old Granada. I went through exactly the same procedure with
one of their parts monkeys lately.
Looks like motorcycle dealers are no better. Makes it even worse 'cause little Suzi is not that
old. At least it hasn't changed much over the years.
